Features

Excellent heat resistance

It exhibits stable performance under long-term high-temperature conditions, is not easily decomposed, and is suitable for high-temperature resistant products.

Excellent weather resistance

It has good anti-aging properties and is not prone to yellowing or performance degradation when used outdoors for a long time.

Low volatility and low migration

It has low volatility and migration, which can effectively reduce phenomena such as stickiness and blooming in products.

Good compatibility

Excellent compatibility with PVC, synthetic rubber, and nitrocellulose, with stable processing performance.

Low fogging performance

It can reduce atomization and meet the high-standard application requirements of automotive interiors and other applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

DPHP is mainly used in flexible PVC and rubber products requiring high heat resistance, low volatility, and long-term stability, including 90°C wire and cable compounds, automotive interiors, PVC flooring, outdoor films, waterproof membranes, artificial leather, and flexible door and window components.

DPHP offers lower volatility, lower odor, and lower migration than DINP and DOP, along with superior heat resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance, and electrical insulation performance. It is better suited for PVC and rubber applications requiring long-term stability.

Yes. DPHP has strong compatibility and can be blended with DOTP, ESBO, TOTM, DINP, and other plasticizers to balance cost and performance while further optimizing overall heat resistance, weather resistance, and low-temperature flexibility.
