ESBO is an epoxy-based functional additive derived from natural soybean oil, exhibiting excellent thermal stability, migration resistance, and processing stability. In flexible PVC formulations, ESBO is typically used as a co-plasticizer in synergy with DOP, DOTP, DOA, and other products to improve the material's processing stability, heat resistance, and anti-yellowing properties. ESBO is widely used in PVC films, wires and cables, and plastic products.

Storage Stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse, away from fire, heat. with oxidants, acids stored separately, avoid mixed reservoir. ESBO is mainly used as a secondary plasticizer and heat stabilizer because its independent plasticizing capability is limited. When blended with DOTP, DINP, DOA, or other primary plasticizers, ESBO can improve thermal stability, reduce migration, and enhance aging resistance.
